Supervisory Committee

The Supervisory Committee is a group that consists of not less than three members and no more than five members who are appointed by the Board of Directors to oversee the audit requirements of the credit union as stated by section 741 of the National Credit Union Administration rules and regulations.

Qualifications to be appointed to the committee:

  1. Must be a member of the credit union, for a minimum of 6 months and must be in good standing.
  2. Must be bondable by the credit unions surety bond company.
